New Richmond CountryFest takes place at Duthie Point, located at 351 Perron Boulevard West in New
Richmond (Quebec), a beautiful 82 acre site including 20 historical buildings on the shore of the Bay of
Chaleur.

What time is the entrance to the festival open?
The gate opens one hour before the shows begin. Consult the festival schedule here.
When can I arrive with my trailer or RV?
In 2017, the camping area opens Sunday June 11 at 10 AM and is open daily from 10 AM to 7 PM. If you
wish to arrive outside of these hours, please contact us at 418-391-6097 or by email and we'll do our best
to accomodate you.

When you arrive, please allow our volunteers to assist you in parking your RV.
Rough camping (no services) in the general camping section from June 11 to 19 is included with the
purchase of your pass. Reserved and VIP camping are also available.
Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages?
Attendees are welcome to bring there alcoholic beverages for consumption in the camping area ONLY.
Because of the restriction of our bar permit, alcoholic beverages purchased off site may not be consumed
on the festival grounds - our security volunteers will pay particular attention to large quantities (coolers or
cases). Glass containers are not allowed on the festival site.
Can I bring my dog?
Well behaved dogs are welcome in the camping area ONLY, and must be on a leash at all times. Dogs
are not allowed on the festival site.
Please plan ahead - days may be hot - never leave your pet in a hot vehicle. Please advise our volunteers
upon arrival if you have a dog, and they'll place you away from roads and trails.
Please clean up after your animal.
Are there facilities in the camping area?
The camping area is equipped with porta-potties and we can supply drinking water upon your arrival.
Electric and sewer services are not available, however there are nearby full-service campgrounds. A
dump site is available nearby at the Town of New Richmond tourist information office, located at the
intersection of Route 132 and Perron Boulevard West.
What type of seats do you have?
Seating is all general admission lawn seating and may be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis by
placing your favorite lawn or camping chair. No high-back or long-chairs are allowed.
Seats are also available for people who don't have their own chair.
